TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Shipping times. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours not counting weekends and holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, And Sunday do not ship until Monday or Tuesday. Please allow 1-2 weeks  for delivery. If part or all of your order is backordered and the delay is expected to be 30 days or more we will notify you by phone or mail. We do not offer express shipping. Please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery.

2. Returns. In order to avoid all restocking charges and expedite your refund, please call for authorization first. we will ask a few simple questions and give you a Return Authorization Number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package. You must also return the item (s) in unused condition, in the original packaging, and within 30 days from the date of purchase. Failure to comply with the above requirements ma result in a restocking charge of up to 20% or refusal of the return. Some items may be drop ship or special order and are non returnable. Please ask your salesperson for details. Returns sent C.O.D. or freight collect will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non refundable under any circumstance. Many items including but not limited to: engine parts, decals, gasket sets, and electrical items are non returnable.

3. Warranty. Parts are warranted for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase.  Immediate replacement or refund is given if defective in materials or workmanship. Our liability is limited to replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price. We make every effort to make sure that our parts fit the applications listed, however we recommend that you confirm that the parts are correct for your application.

4. Payment and pricing. All payments must be made in US funds. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, good company and personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks, government and institutional  PO's.  Prices on this website were correct when published, but are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographic errors contained within this website. In the event of a price increase we will notify you before your item is shipped.

5. How to order. Order on line, give us a call at (800) 809-9156 or (508) 634-6915, Fax your order to (508) 634-6613, or mail your order to Restoration Supply 96 Mendon St. Hopedale, MA 01747.

6. What will you use my email address for? Any email you get from us will be regarding your order or antique tractor parts. We will never sell your email address, or send offers for herbal remedies, mortgages, insurance, get rich quick schemes, on line gambling, or anything else that is not farm tractor related. Several times a year we do send emails with special offers for farm tractor parts.

7. Damaged Items All items on this website are sold FOB Hopedale, Massachusetts or other point of our choice. Damaged items are the customer's responsibility. If all or part of your order is damaged please call 800 809 9156 for instructions. You will need to save all the original packaging in order to file an insurance claim. We can not reship or replace your order until after the insurance claim is processed. Do not return damaged items to us.
